Business Requirement Gathering


  • Define the issue
  • Define Objectives
  • Define Success Factors
  • Develop a plan to solve the issue, Risk Analysis
  • Identify Deliverables
  • Dependencies and Prerequisites
  • Estimate how much resources are required for the task
  • Define QA
  • Execute
